The project is about the construction of a metal two-storey building, which will include all premises for supporting the operation of CH-47D, KIOWA and UH-1H helicopter flight simulators.

The ground floor, with a total area of 695m², includes the computer room, the CH-47D, KIOWA and UH-1H flight simulator areas, spare parts warehouse, training room, offices, sanitary and cleaning spaces and storage area.

The first floor, with a total area of 315m², includes the training room, briefing rooms, offices, sanitary cleaning and kitchenette spaces.

Finally, the E/M facilities, the pump room and the electrical room, are placed in a space with a total area of 69m², which is close to the main building in a conventional ground floor building.
